Requirements

• Tertiary qualification
• Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA
• Computer literate
• No criminal record
• 2 years of online English teaching experience required
• Clear, neutral English accent

Technical Requirements

• PC: Intel Core i5 or better (2 Cores, 4 CPUs) with 8GB+ RAM
• Internet: 20+ Mbps fiber via LAN cable
• Equipment: HD webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Power: UPS backup (for load shedding)
• Environment: Well-lit, professional teaching space suited for teaching young learners
