💬 What will you actually do?
You'll support Danish-speaking customers for an international brand and help them with their questions and requests.
➡️ Communicate via phone, chat and email
➡️ Find solutions and resolve customer issues
➡️ Follow up on cases from start to finish
➡️ Make sure customers have a positive experience
➡️ Work towards team and individual targets
➡️ Be part of an international team
There are different Customer Support projects available, so your exact tasks can vary depending on the project.
Requirements
- 👀 What we're looking for
- 🇩🇰 Fluent Danish
- 🇬🇧 Good English

- 🧠 A natural problem-solving attitude
💻 Good computer skills
- 🤝 Team spirit
- 🌍 An open mind and interest in international life
- No Customer Support experience? No stress.
