Title: Data Science AI/ML Lead
Location: Bangalore/remote
Type: Full-time
Salary: 40-50LPA
Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 30 days preferred
Requirements
What You'll Do
- ✅ Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions
- ✅ Build AI Agents, intelligent automation workflows, and LLM integrations
- ✅ Drive MLOps, CI/CD, and ML infrastructure best practices
- ✅ Design and optimize scalable AWS-based data pipelines and analytics platforms
- ✅ Develop production-grade APIs and model-serving solutions
- ✅ Integrate enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce
- ✅ Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership
Required Skills
- 🔹 Expert Python Programming
- 🔹 PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn
- 🔹 AI Agents, LLMs & MCP Server Integration
- 🔹 AWS Services (Glue, Lambda, Athena, S3, Step Functions, SNS, SES, IAM)
- 🔹 Docker, CI/CD, MLOps
- 🔹 REST API Design & Production ML Deployments
