As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from start to finish, engaging with candidates and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and culture.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process with both candidates and clients.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines efficiently.
- This position offers you flexibility in your work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely while managing your own schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
