Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance banking functionality using the Kony platform
- Maintain and improve existing application components
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into reliable solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other project stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design
- Follow established development standards and contribute to high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 4.5+ years of professional experience as a Kony Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Kony application development
- Experience developing functionality for banking or financial applications
- Ability to work effectively within a distributed team
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
